These terms cover browsing this website. They are not the agreement that governs work we do for you — that is a separate document we both sign.
These terms govern your use of atriumdiscovery.co.uk and atriumdiscovery.com, operated by Atrium Activations Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16248068, registered office Suite C, 4–6 Canfield Place, London NW6 3BT.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.
Nothing on this site, and nothing in these terms, forms a contract for services. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us. Where these terms and a signed client agreement conflict, the signed agreement wins.
You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose; copy, republish or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission; scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use it to train machine learning models, without our written permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any server connected to it; or introduce malicious code or attack the site in a way that affects its availability.
We may suspend or withdraw access if you breach these terms.
We own or are licensed to use everything on this site — the words, photography, film, design, the Atrium name and our logos. All rights are reserved. Nothing on the site grants you any licence to our intellectual property beyond the limited use in clause 3.
Our case studies feature third-party names, marks, artists, venues and events. Those belong to their respective owners and appear here to illustrate work we have delivered. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of Atrium, or any ongoing relationship, partnership or sponsorship, unless we say so expressly.
If you own material shown here and have a concern about its use, email hello@atriumdiscovery.co.uk and we will respond promptly.
Case studies, figures and outcomes on this site describe specific projects delivered in specific conditions. They are not a prediction or guarantee of what any future activation will achieve. Results depend on factors including budget, market, timing and audience, many of which are outside our control.
Content on this site is for general information. It is not advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Please don’t rely on it as the sole basis for a business decision — talk to us first.
When you submit the enquiry form you confirm that the information you give is accurate, and that you are entitled to share any third-party information you include. We handle what you send in line with our Privacy Policy.
Please don’t send us confidential information through the form. If you need to share something sensitive, ask us and we will put a confidentiality agreement in place first.
We provide this site free of charge and do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice.
You are responsible for your own arrangements to access the site, and for making sure anyone accessing it through your connection is aware of these terms.
Where we link to third-party sites, we do so for information only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it, or for any loss arising from your use of them.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because this site is aimed at business users: we exclude all implied conditions and warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
If you are using the site as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page. Please check it when you visit — the date at the top shows when it last changed.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
